   Only bench I found <$200 with full leg curl ROM Finally a bench designed by someone who ACTUALLY lifts. After 4 other benches I gave up all hope on finding a bench that is an actual leg curl with full range of motion. This is a great product. Full range of motion for leg extensions and curls. I love that I can adjust the seat bottom to take pressure off of my knees during extensions. Super sturdy. My husband is 220 lb and can bench 250 with zero wobble. It’s also wide enough to fit his back. This is such a savior. The only thing I would improve is thicker pads- which I may replace as these start to wear down over time.  Light enough to move around. Range of motion:Full range of motion on leg curls with good activation Sturdiness:Zero wobble

   Great bench with one small flaw
   I finally chose to upgrade my bench. I wanted something that was comfortable, stable and let me do leg extend and curls. For all of those it’s perfect. The only negative is the preacher curl pad. The range of motion if your using the leg extension is almost zero. I use my barbells and get okay range or my cable machine for the best. I still have to navigate the leg extension pads. I didn’t buy it for the preacher pad so its minor issue for mePutting the bench together was fairly easy also. The instructions did get the bolts #14 and #15 mixed up. It didn’t matter since they are the same bolt. Not sure why they are even separated.I would highly recommend this bench and would buy it again.

   Good quality and design. I recommend.
   Bench arrived early. It is good quality and easy to assemble. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble going methodically. The bench is designed well and is very stable in all positions and easy to adjust. I’m using it in our weight cage and it fits and works perfectly. The only very minor complaint I have with the design is that the leg-pad-bar decorative end caps (red) don’t allow for easy removal of the pads once installed. I just sanded them down & they work well now. You could also leave them off without any issues, since they are just decorative. Overall a great value and good quality. I highly recommend.

   Decent
   The bench is decent and not bulky. It is perfect for me to strengthen my leg muscles. As others have said, the roller pads (for knees and ankles) are on the short side. Thickness of the padded seat and back are alright. Overall, quality is good. I had one issue after assembly where the ankle roller (for hamstring curl) was crooked (i.e., not horizontal) bad enough that doing hamstring curls did not feel natural. This was because the holes that were cut on the sides into the metal were not aligned. It was a manufacturing defect. The Fostoy cust service was quite responsive. After a couple of emails and sending a few photos over 2 days, Fostoy sent me a replacement for the defective part. While the product was not perfect when I first receive it, I understand that manufacturing defects can arise from any product. Here the Fostoy cust-service saved the day by being responsive and quickly remedy the issue.

   Poor workmanship
   This bench would be great for intermediate lifters at best. It can’t handle heavy weight. The front foot brace’s weld popped during use with only 135 lbs on front leg extension. The brace at the head of the bench is starting to warp. Look for less features on a bench but better and sturdier build quality.

   Great begging bench
   This bench is incredibly versatile! I can do so many different exercises on it! From upper body to lower body. Love the way the bench inclines down and up. Many cool features, incredibly easy to assemble as well as move around my garage during workouts! My only suggestion to company would be sims being sturdier, some make me nervous that they’ll easily tare with time and ware. Would recommend this bench to anyone looking to level up their home gym!
