Very high-quality vitamin that is very easy to absorb into the body. I love that itâs made from Whole Foods ingredients and itâs just all around the best quality vitamin around. HOWEVER, I do have to add in a complaint that a lot of the vitamins came broken in half.

I like the fact that this brand is third party tested, which at least gives me some assurances that what they say is in the vitamin is actually in there.These are slightly larger than some vitamins, such as Centrum and you have to take two a day (meaning this 120 -count bottle is a 60-day supply), but they arenât difficult to swallow and have a pleasant odor and taste. There have been no ill effects from taking multivitamin.These are a bit expensive though in my opinion as opposed to other brands and at times is hard to find in stock.The vitamins are fresh and a very complete multivitamin with the nutrients needed for women over 40. My better half reported that she has been sleeping better after taking vitamins and feels more rested.4 stars
