Let me be upfront â I am NOT a fan of protein powders. Most of them taste terrible, no matter what the reviews say. But this one? Believe the hype.I chose this powder because it has zero carbs, and since Iâm on a strict keto diet determined to shed some pounds. Zero carbs made it worth trying â even if it ended up tasting crappy. I figured Iâd just find a way to chug it down for the sake of the macros.I ordered the creamy vanilla flavor because it gives me flexibility â I can add low-carb berries, cocoa, or anything else I want. For my first try, I didnât use any nut milk or low carb liquid option. Just crushed ice, water, one scoop of powder, a teaspoon of instant coffee, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, and stevia (adjust sweetness to taste). I blended it all in my NutriBullet. And honestly? Iâm floored. I only ordered the 1-pound container to play it safe, but I absolutely shouldâve gone for the 3-pound one. I definitely will next time.No weird aftertaste. Blends perfectly. Does what it is supposed to, and isopure is not on the list of protein powders with elevated lead – safe lead content is reassuring and very high protein content.I mix my protein powders with water. It tastes chalky and isn’t good on its own. I one scoop of this with a couple scoops of another brand that is less chalky and it does well as the second of two powders, but I wouldn’t enjoy drinking it on its own with water.I use a shaker bottle with a metal shaker and it blends just fine.Other reviewers have said it’s good with a soy or plant milk blend.

Blood sugar checked 1 hour and 2 hours while adding in low fat milk and banana, no sugar spike, max spike of 28 points of sugar machine.
