Rope is great for cardio!
These ropes are great! Great workout for those who desire to give knee or hip joints a break, yet still get a great cardio exercise in. This rope looks like it will take a beating and last a long time. The price is more than reasonable.

Iâve never used battle ropes before so I did my research and I was concerned cause these were cheaper price than other brands out there but they work great and definitely get the job done. Especially for beginners. I would say train with these and if you feel like you need to go to a bigger set like 40-50ft then make the jump but these are great quality and really do get my heart rate pumping.

This rope (30#) is NO joke. make sure you measure your space. This rope is pro gym – size and quality. Best on slab or tile floors, or outside. Prepare for a serious workout when used properly.

Iâve used this 3 times now with multiple people taking turns. It has held up nicely. Iâve used it on the asphalt all 3 times. Only reason not a 5 star is it tends to crossover on itself. Other than that a great purchase.

Great battle rope!
My kids and I used it a couple of times now. It created a challenge for us as rope beginners, but my teen son managed better than my daughter and I. I’m not new to strength training, and I found this rope to be challenging. It’s a great starting place using a shorter rope. We took turns and went for 20-30 seconds per turn. We were sweating and breathing hard. We need to build up to use this and not look rediculous. Good thing we are at home. Lol

Quality product
The battle rope arrived quickly and it has a sturdy cover . I decided not to use the bracket it came with since I have a post on my back porch that I can attach it to using straps. It is perfect for me as a beginner, but I believe it will be good for my 17 yr old son as well who is very fit.
