Best bench I ever had!
I love this bench…it’s very sturdy and doesn’t move. I like benches that have some weight to them. I love the degrees are numbered on the bench, and I like that it locks in ablnd its very safe to use. You won’t have to worry about safety with this bench. Very satisfied with the purchase. Putting it together was a breeze and didn’t need the instructions.

Real nice bench if caught on sale
I searched for a month trying to decide on a bench. I went back and forth, how much do I want to spend, how much do I need to spend, what features do I need and want.I caught this on sale, so for $XYZ amount, it has all the desired features I wanted. It’s a FID bench that the seat adjustment/angle, matches the backrest angles available. This was for situps particularly, who wants to decline situps with seat at different angle?!It also has an adjustable depth of leg cushions, in/out, not up and down. This helps fine tune your comfort and as you bulk you can adjust out further.The backrest has multiple angles, much more than even most of the expensive big names. It may not matter to you, I wanted to be able to fine tune exactly the way I wanted to hit proper muscle groups and not at weird angles. Many YT reviewers complain about the way the pull pins operate to adjust seat and back. You absolutely do NOT have to screw it in after adjusting, for any safety reason. I used these exact same style pull pins at work, for heavy duty tooling changes at automotive plants. The only caveat I would add, if you are benching 300lbs+ and you are a big guy, I would recommend screwing it in before benching, just as a precaution. The rest don’t have anything to worry about.Currently my bench is standing on end against wall. It’s heavy duty enough for lifting, and light enough you can roll across floor and store. Women, have no fear, its easily moved by you or your teens. The balance is just right with the wheels.If I had to do it all over again, I’d not think twice buying again. Cosmetic blemishes, some quality issues. Seller set it right.
It went together smoothly in under 20 minutes, no issues there. However: there is a bulge, or lump, in the back rest, about 2/3 of the way up looking from the seat. See images attached. Being soft, it does not get in the way of my workout, so I decided to keep the bench. But it cost it one star. Another star goes away for the set screws for the seat and back rest. I wonder how long the threads will last both on the pins and the frame. The threads seem fragile.Having said that, the bench is the right size for someone less than 5’6″ tall. I’m 5’1″, and it allows me to firmly plant my feet on the floor while sitting/laying down during workout. Another good thing is the relatively narrow back rest, which petite persons will find very comfortable for various types of workouts.The padding is adequate, stitching is good. Welds are good, so is the paint. I like the adjustability from -20° to 90°, and the adjustable leg rollers. The wheels are more for home gym rather than for commercial gym, but it rolls smoothly enough and it is not too heavy. About that, it may pose an issue with stability while using heavier weights, but for what I use it is perfectly stable.Overall, a well designed bench with lots of features going for it. Would have been 5 stars, if not for that bulge and the set screws’ threads.March 1 update: I raise the rating to 5 stars. The seller sent a replacement for the defective back rest, and even offered a full refund. And after using the bench for a while I can say that indeed it is a great piece of equipment and it handles all my gym needs.

Keppi Bench 1000 PRO- Solid Gym Equipment
I bought this bench to start a small home gym, intending to add it to a squat/barbell rack as well as free weights. The package came quickly and all parts were well wrapped and protected. Instructions for assembly were simple, not a huge amount of parts to get confused and all tools needed came supplied. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble at a easy pace taking my time. It has nice, heavy gauge tubing structure framework and the pullout knobs to adjust the angle of the rests is a nice feature (they screw a bit in and out to lock them in place if you choose as well). It has wheels along the one floor end with a handle on other end to allow easier transport and can be stood up against a wall for storage. I don’t think I will nearly need the weight capacity rated but I believe it can hold everything it states. The foam backing on pads seems fairly robust for home gym use. I got this on sale and it was worth every penny. I plan to buy another for a family member for Christmas. Highly recommend!

Quality bench, great customer service
I really like the build quality of the bench. Itâs very stable and easy to adjust. Seat and backrest are comfortable. Love having the wheels to move the bench around in my small weight area and storing it upright saves a lot of space. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend this bench!I did find a damaged plastic sleeve where the foot apparatus slides into the front of the bench. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or installed incorrectly at the factory. Regardless, I contacted customer service, who were very helpful, and was quickly shipped a replacement part. Always nice to know that a company will back up their product.

This bench is very sturdy and does not wobble. It has many adjustable angles for both incline and decline and the bench is a couple of inches higher than my previous bench which is nice. Their customer service is fantastic.

If youâre sceptical donât be, this is an excellent bench! I was worried if it was going to be stable enough but for a home gym this is as close to commercial grade I have found and itâs a good price. Itâs comfortable and easy to adjust angles and it took 15 minutes to put together. If you lift heavy you have nothing to worry about, there is no wiggle, it is very stable!

First off, i rarely review anything on here. After assembling this bench, I just had to!Itâs an amazingly solid bench. I was looking for something that had multiple incline angles for shoulder presses and incline bench press as well as a decline for decline presses. This does it all! Extremely stable and the leg padding add on for decline is thick and comfortable. I saw in the reviews that someone complained about it and said they were extremely uncomfortable for decline but i dont see how. You can adjust the leg pads closer or further away from the bench and can also adjust the lower leg padâs height to accommodate leg length. Found the perfect sweet spot for me and itâs extremely comfortable.Overall, this feels like commercial gym equipment in my own home. Materials used are of high quality and certainly look very durable and adjustments for angles are a breeze. I did purchase on special and recommend buying to any friend. Worth every penny!!

Nothing bad to say.Lots of settings, very sturdy!Someone mentioned it was annoying having to screw in the adjustment pins. I only use them as a pull release. Iâve never screwed them in and have never been concerned.I love that you can easily remove the foot catch.I got it for $235 when I purchased. Canât be beat!!

Bought for a 6′ 2″ 250 lb heavy lifter for reference. Review from them for the first week:⢠Solid frame, a little lighter than those costing twice as much. No wiggle which is the important part.⢠I like the screw in Popper Pins for the extra security. I can see an argument to grind the threads down if you prefer speed of adjustment.⢠Tons of angles and clearly marked. On decline I’ve removed the top roller as I found it applying more pressure on my knees than I was comfortable with. Smaller lifters may not experience this. Works fine without the top roller as I brace my core over relying on the rollers.⢠The pad material is solid. The thickness is low but expected at this price point. I might mod this later.I’m happy with it so far. It arrived in perfect condition. The Assembly was straight forward and compatible with tools of your own if you don’t want to use the supplied versions. I may update this on longer testing and I rarely have hit a 5 star piece of equipment unless a premium price is paid.
