The best funniest way self-help workbook
Amazon wonât let me use the words of some of the chapters and they have swears in the let that ***** go type thing.Funny, direct, and truths to let that â¦.. go in a healthy unique format. One entry is about coloring away your doubts and has the adjoining page with a to be colored in mix of delightful shapes. Found it completely relaxing and myself smiling while doing it.If youâd like to unburden yourself for a lot of the pressures you feel from societyâs judgement then get this workbook. This is the first workbook that I am finding helpful with letting âthose thingsâ go from my self judgement and standing up for me/myself/andI.A definite buy.A Yes.

Smaller than I expected, but still awesome. Took two weeks for delivery, but worth the wait. Love the prompts, feels good to get them out of my head and onto paper.

Great workbook!
This book is so great and interesting! It Def is colorful and insightful and asks questions that really makes you think and help understand your self. It does have adult themes and language. But just makes it more relatable!

This journal provides a dose of much needed humor while providing writer to purge negative thoughts and put on paper serious or funny goals. ***Warning: it is explicit – a lot of swearing*** I love it! It’s amazing how reading someone else’s swear words while providing encouraging advice and meaningful tasks changes your attitude while working in this journal. It is really great!!! And a lot of fun. I also find it very helpful and soothing when I put it down. I feel better after working on it.
