Absolutely perfect. I sleep so well now. My cat got upset when I adopted the (now) love of his life and he peed in my last weighted blanket 𥲠this one shipped very fast, keeps me warm, and is just the right size and weight. I think my last one was a little heavier which I didnât mind but this is probably better suited for my size (5â1â & 170lb). It definitely does the job. I also love the color; itâs like a slightly lavender~gray. Great purchase, I could stay under it all day (and almost have ð ðð¤)I wish I could find the video of my cat – he LOVES weighted blankets. By that I mean he loves punching them or just staring at it because he can hear the beads move and Iâm sure he likes the sensation as well. Itâs hilarious (except for when Iâm trying to sleep and heâs punching me with his little feet).

This weighted blanket appears to be well made and the fabric is soft to the touch. I can’t speak to its effectiveness because I personally don’t use this type of blanket. I bought this one to keep in our guest room. We have a family member who uses one and loves it. I bought this one to have on hand so they do not have to be concerned with bringing theirs when they come and visit. I was glad that I wasn’t planning on using this right away because I was hit with a strong skunky odor immediately after opening the box. I spread the blanket out over a chair and sprayed it with some fabric freshening spray. The smell is dissipating and is smelling much better after airing out.

I ordered a 5 lb one but changed to a different color and it came as a 15 lb which I can’t use. It is very nice jut to heavy for me
