Omega 3 fish oil has been around for heart health for years. Their only complaint is the aftertaste but when taken with meals, it becomes minimal, especially if there is reflux which will happen with any medical suppliment. Economical, effective and a proven medicine for heart health. In capsule form, it is easy when followed by liquids. Be sure to store in a cool climate and they tend to split or leak.

Doctor recommended taking these twice a day.They are big as hell , which doesn’t bother me but might some. Easy to swallow and the only fish oil I’ve ever taken that doesn’t give me fishy burps. Taste is fine. I don’t know about any health benefits, as I haven’t returned to the doctor yet to find out.
