    Excellent Quality Omega-3 With Noticeable Results
    I’ve been taking these Omega-3 supplements for a few weeks now and I can already feel the difference. The capsules are easy to swallow, have a pleasant lemon flavor, and leave no fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I’ve noticed improved focus throughout the day and I also feel more energetic overall. I really like that it also includes Vitamin E for extra health benefits.     Need those Omega 3s
    The American Heart Association recommends that you get all your vitamins through foods, however with omega-3 supplements as a conditional exception, especially when beneficial and clinically appropriate (e.g., existing heart conditions or high triglycerides).I don’t cook enough fish for good heart health and being up in years, these Omegas help me supplement my diet appropriately. The vitamin is quite big but soft, easy for me to swallow, don’t know about you. Easy for me to use, effective, good quality and good value for the money. Purchase with confidence.     Quality Fish Oil — capsules less so
    I’ve been using this fish oil for several months now. I truly believe it has the level of DHA/EPA it claims as I feel my body issues have improved from taking it. However, like many others, I’ve dealt with stuck together capsules from one of my deliveries. I’m doing the “cold storage” method and slowly getting them unstuck but it’s still a royal pain to do as half of the bottle contents were all fused together.I’ve had 4 deliveries so far, and have had only one with the stuck capsules, so can’t say if it was simply an anomaly or not. I may look at other brands. For the price, I believe the quality of the fish oil is terrific. Fish oil can be so expensive and you need to balance cost with the quality. Can’t go too cheap and have poor or misrepresented pills, otherwise what’s the point?All in all I’ve been happy with this brand — just took 1 star off for the stuck capsules.

    Have lowered my cholesterol
    Started these to lower my cholesterol which was recommended by my doctor. My current bloodwork showed a decrease in my cholesterol number so I would say these have helped! The gel capsules are fairly large but easy enough to swallow and tasteless.

    I started using it yesterday. Honestly, the price of this product is crazy cheap the packaging looks great. The quality looks obviously very, very good. I’m gonna try it for a month or so. I will come back to update the review if needed so far it looks pretty legit much cheaper than the one I get from Costco.
