Type 2 collagen is better for joints than type 1
The below reviewer is misinformed. This product is hydrolyzed collagen type 2, and he is comparing it to hydrolyzed collagen type 1, with the sports science marine collagen.Type 2 is better for joints and doesn’t require as much as type 1 to be effective. Type 1 is better for hair, skin, nails, and connective tissues.”Product is fine but you get such a small amount for the price, imo. Actually Helped My Joints
Iâve been lifting on and off for years, but have had issues with my knees cracking and popping constantly, especially during squats. I’ve been taking this collagen for a while because I have wear and tear on my knees and also suffer from scoliosis, which causes constant knee pain.
