Top quality product and if you know why your taking it, I totally recommend it.If you follow the directions and load up for the first week and then the smaller daily dose then it does as it says. Gained 5 lbs in the first few weeks. It definitely helped bring some extra energy and stamina to my weightlifting. So, great from that perspective.There are a few drawbacks you should be aware of. First, it really does not dissolve very well or actually at all. It pretty much just settles to the bottom of your drink. It is tasteless, but kind of gritty to swallow. Not a deal breaker, just FYI, and I think all of creatine supplements have this issue. Second, after a first great month of gains I have just plateaued again if not started to regress. I am going to guess your muscles gets used to the effects after a while. Started on my second container and kind of lost my motivation to take it between the grittiness and lack of sustained results. You mileage may very.

Works great, I’ve been using regular creatine monohydrate for years but the creapure is more noticeable in muscle recovery and cognitive functionality. Mixes well in coffee or hot chocolate, doesn’t dissolve in anything cold.

The product does not contain the âcreapureâ label as claimed in the product description and in the photo. Because that was the only reason I bought it. And when I received it I did not have this information. False advertising.
