    Great deal, good quality
Cheap and dumb, but well, the viny cover keeps it from scratching my concrete floors, may want to put it on a mat if you are going to leave it on a wood or painted floor, the vinyl may stick to that kind of finish

    Awesome Kettlebell!
I recently purchased this 35lb vinyl coated cast iron kettlebell, and I’m really impressed with the quality. I like that the vinyl coating protects both the kettlebell and my garage floor, which is a big plus. As a veteran with years of wear and tear and several injuries, kettlebells have been a game changer for me. They let me build strength, endurance, and stamina without putting too much strain on my injuries. The 35lb weight feels like a solid moderate starting point but I’m confident I’ll adapt quickly. If your new to working out I would recommend starting with a lighter weight.

    Great Value!
Great kettlebell for the price. I have a set of 53lbs kettlebell kings bells and 70lbs kettlebell kings bells, with a nice powder coat. These 40lbs bells are very nice the rubber coat is great for indoors the handles are nice and big actually more comfortable for two hand swings than the kettlebell king bells. They both weigh exactly 40lbs each and have no issues. Box came a little damaged when delivered but thankfully the bells weren’t. Amazon needs to smarten up and realize a 40lb dense item like this needs proper packaging not just tossed in one box. But very happy with my purchase these should last a lifetime and I can sell them when I’m old or pass them on to my kids.

    Arrived in Very Poor Condition
The kettlebell arrived today looking used, very beat up with scratches in the silicone overlay. The black coating on the handle is very thin and it is very rough to the touch. You would need to wear gloves when swinging it to prevent scratches on the plam of your fingers and hands. I don’t understand how a “new” kettlebell can look so filthy! It is of a very poor quality and I do not recommend this kettlebell or anything from this seller.

    It’s heavy. It’s a kettle bell.
Great quality. I thought I was ready. I was not. This dudes heavier than your childhood trauma. My arm was limp noodle like doodle bobs arms. It does have a good hand feel with a smooth handle. I got it for a great price. Just know if a tornado rips thru town you set that thing on the ground and hold on and you ain’t going anywhere.

Nice, good looking KB but very wobbly
For its price it’s good and colored vinyl on it looks nice. Weights the exact 40 lbs it says. Grip on it is excellent, very smooth but with some grit that it’s helpful when my hands get sweaty. It arrived very dirty, with lots of grease and gum on it. Maybe it was used before or it was poorly managed on the shipping process, who knows but anyway I washed it with some degreaser and detergent and cleaned up nicely. However the big downside on it is that the base isn’t flat (see the pics), it’s almost all rounded except on the center which has a flat spot about an inch wide. For very small kettlebells this may work but for a heavy one like this it won’t help. Some exercises like renegade rows, pushups with hands on the KBs and other similar ones, etc. they all require a very stable kettlebell for doing them correctly but in this case the non flat base makes it very wobbly and difficult to keep balanced. As you can see in the video I can easily move it with little force compared to my 50 lb one which has a huge flat base like it should. Don’t know if this one is defective or if all them are like that but it’s something to consider if your training routines have exercises that require to have a stable KB.For other exercises like swings, snatches, cleans, etc it’s perfect.Overall not completely satisfied with it but for its price, weight and the coating it’s good. Will I buy a second one? Most likely not unless the price is lower than other brands like Amazon basics which has a 40 pounder priced about the same and they have a very flat base.
