Purchased for my partner so this is a second hand review, but they work well! Decent price for a base stand as most will either cost you a pretty penny OR require you to drill holes in the wall. We live in an apartment, so neither of those are an option. The bottom bases are a double paned glass, which sounds fragile but honestly.. I’m a clumsy guy and have dropped a handful of items (pens, change, cups, ferret dish, wallet, phone, keys, etc) on them, as well as stepped on them a few times, and they haven’t so much as cracked. They fit perfectly in the corners, and screw into the bottom of the little thingies perfectly. They also come apart rather easily when you need them to, so they’re easy to store if you don’t want them up all the time. We also haven’t had any issues with them falling or tipping down. Overall great!

Shockingly nice for the price and space profile
I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. I got this to replace the tripods I was using for my lighthouses aftmer my roomba knocked over the other ones and caused parts to break on them. They are a touch wobbly and if you are in an apartment that shakes when you walk through, yeah, it might cause a problem, but if you have a good solid ground floor situation it should be no worries at all. The base is heavy and so the roomba doesn’t budge it. The instructions are minimal, but there really isn’t anything at all to put this thing together, most of the parts just screw into each other and they are numbered, like, don’t know why the one guy was confused. Overall this is great for my apartment VR situation.

I was very skeptical at first for I did not want to spend so much money on a stand. I am very glad I did, the stand looks elegantly in the room and it covers very little space. The assembly was easy and the stand is height adjustable, also the head can be moved and angled to where ever you want them too. I did not want to put holes into my wall or loose space in the room from a tripod stand. Glad I bought this, it looks nice, steardy and does the job well.

Complete garbage. Flimsy, Bends and Vibrates. All threads stripped from the factory
Ordered multiples of these and every single one of them is the biggest hunk of junk I’ve ever used. You would be better off finding something at IKEA than using one of these. On top of it all, the base is reflective so you will get tracking issues with your controllers and vive trackers without covering the base! Every single stand bends and moves at the slightest movement in the room. They don’t stand up straight. The base stations do not screw in tightly and will slowly start to rotate down on their own. The actual glass base does not screw in securely to the stand, either, so the entire unit will rotate at free will and if you bump into the stand EVERYTHING will be thrown off. They are so flimsy that not even tape will stop it from bending back and forth

Great looking Oculus Rift stands
Overall I am pleased with the way they look and function. The stands are fairly tall and could be shortened by not installing all of the pole pieces. The bottom piece does have an adjustable collar but only allowing the pole above it to go down or up one segment. The bottom plate is a solid piece of tempered glass and heavy enough that it doesn’t feel flimsy. My goal was not having wire running down my walls and to be able to move the camera’s at will which they met.If you are looking for stands and not really wanting the tripod style lighting stands these should work. Assembling them is straight forward if you have ever assembled a pole style lamp and all of the pieces are numbered with the parts and spanner tool in sealed plastic.

Don’t buy if you have any vibrations in your floor
Materials: Cheap cheap cheap, the glass looks like a 3 year old drilled the hole through, the metal is cheap and isn’t even milled as once piece they have taps with threads on them which greatly reduces the rigidity of the finished productAssembly: The instructions are garbage, it has 1 picture of putting 2 of the 4 poles together which is so unneeded it’s just twist 1 onto 2. I would have liked a picture of the washers and stand assembly as it would take 2 seconds to look at the picture instead of trying to read the poorly written instructions. It took maybe 10 minutes to put both together, 8 for the first and 2 for the second.Finish: These things LEAN, I have everything as tight as I could and they will lean as far as the base allows which is ALOT because the washer and nut are the ONLY thing keeping the thing standing and the base is only a few inches thick, add to the fact that the poles aren’t threaded together they all have a tap between them and you have about 5 different flexing points. The top clamps for the sensor are also wingnuts and are NOT easy to loosen , Gods only know why they couldn’t put a better fastener on this thing for the price.Overall: I am lucky to have these on a finished basement floor so no wood or carpet to tilt or transfer vibrations and that is the ONLY reason these work for me, if you are putting these where there is any traffic in your house they will fall over. Buy these at a HIGH RISK. The only good thing about them is the footprint is small but you are basically paying for an overpriced piece of tempered glass the rest is about 5 cents of metal.

Easy to assemble to make a world of difference.
I didnât want to physically mount my light houses on the walls because not only do I rent, but my motion area is constantly updating. These stands are easy to assemble, and look great. They have adjustable heights, and are stable. Theyâre not too heavy to move around if you need to update your play space, and they have a tilt axis to adjust your lighthouses. Overall, Iâm satisfied. I have a valve index, with valve light houses, and these stands work for it. I now have better tracking in game. 5/5 would buy again.

Unable to secure one of the nuts at the bottom of the base (really loose), i assume the parts a poorly made hence these kinda issues. 1 Star because i got a none working setup at home, dunno if iam able to get spare parts, but waited a long time for the delivery.

One of the jam nut is poorly machined, the threads are too loose and can’t even screw on a secure fit.Overall quality of the base is decent for it’s price, as long you as you have solid flooring that doesn’t vibrate when you walk around. The pole wobbles a lot if there’s vibration on the floor, which needless to say it’s really bad for the base station tracking.Because the product came “faulty”, I can only use 1 base out of 2 due to cheaply manufactured parts, this will be a 1 star.
