Delicious and effective
I got the watermelon flavor, it literally tastes like candy yet has no added sugar. The pre-workout was really effective, however it did make my skin VERY itchy the first time I drank it. The itchiness only last about 20-30 minutes and only occurred the first time I drank it. Perhaps my body was just not used to it, however it has not happened since. Really delicious, wish I could drink more than the 2 scoop serving!

Really great flavor and dissolves super easy! I really feel a difference when I take this before a workout. I like the ingredients. Reason for 4 stars is sometimes it makes my eyes itch? Not sure, but it makes me more effective physically and mentally at the gym so Iâll probably finish the package.

This product made me itch all over
I took the workout powder for the first time then went out for my morning job. No more than 15-20 minutes after finishing the bottle of water I enhanced with this pre work out powder, my whole body started itching. I went back home to shower thinking that might help and I still itched all over for about an hour. I stopped using it after that and never had the experience again.

It works but itâs too itchy
At first, I gave it a 4.5 because It works well to elevate mood and energy for my early morning workout. The taste is not delicious, however, itâs not too bad. And, it does not cause any jitters.However, Iâve returned to give it a 2 because on Day 3, it seems like the itchiness is even WORSE. It makes my face, arms, and hands itch for about 90 minutes after taking it. I was hoping that my body would adjust after a couple of days, however, itâs worse today. It seems like eye lashes even itch.Thank you.â¨
