So far the yoga ball has done its job well. The base is a great addition to have stability, but it should be sized more accordingly to the ball so it’s not rolling within the base; If you have a great core than this should not be an issue while using the resistance bands, but I would conclude that majority of the consumers don’t have a great core. It would make it easier to focus on other body parts with the bands while not having to balance yourself.
I’m not sure if I accidentally received the wrong sized ball or if the descriptions are just incorrect. Attempting to inflate it to the recommended size for the XL ball left it feeling over inflated and too bouncy to sit on. The pump is not designed properly to use with your foot without accidentally squeezing it slanted as you are instructed not to do; however you can “easily” use the pump with your hands, which turned it into an intense forearm workout.
I recommend this method for pumping it up as it gives you more ease and stability while inflating and it also turns it into a fun challenge to see how big you can get it before your forearms burn like you probably haven’t felt in a long time lol. Rotating your wrist in different directions while pumps also gets different parts on the forearm.
Overall the Yoga ball serves its purpose as an exercise ball and it’s a great size for taller people with longer legs and knee problems so you can sit more elevated and allow your hamstrings and hip flexors to stretch out. You just have to be weary that you’re getting a workout while pumping it and the base will not give you the best stability if you don’t already have your own prebuilt into your abs 🥲
“Feels amazing to lay down and allow your legs to rest on the ball for your back to stretch out”

Excellent customer service
The ball is excellent. The first circular base had a bulge in it so we contacted customer support per the instructions. They responded quickly and sent a replacement base immediately. Very good service!!

Update: no issues!
I’ve had the ball for about two weeks now and inflated it per the manufacturer instructions. However I noticed about a week ago that the ball had significantly deflated so I repumped it up and now its back to being 75% or so. I can’t find where the leak is coming from and there is not damage to the ball that I can see or feel (no sharp objects or anything have been anywhere near it). So when it works and stays inflated its great, however after only two weeks of having it I’m not thrilled that I’ve had to refill it up twice.10/5/21 update. The seller reached out and offered to replace the ball based on my review. I never got around to replacing it or even responding back. However I find it is leaking barely at all now – who knows why but I have only pumped it back up around four times since my original review and has been an excellent office chair replacement.11/11/22 update: Love it, using it every day instead of a computer chair. No issues whatsoever with it.

Helped with pinched nerve in lower back.
The ball is fine. It works as it should. I will be upgrading to a chair with wheels so that itâs easier to use my desk.

Excellent Quality
Excellent for exercise bands and stretching. Customer service immediately sent me a new base ring for the ball when the original one failed to hold air. I own 6 Trideer balls of various sizes and all of them are durable and do not leak .

Not exactly what I expected according to the pictures , description, and write up
I bought two of these as Christmas gifts for my sisters. I was expecting a firmer base, not just a little blowup ring. And expecting the ball to be larger as one I already have which is labeled as the same size. Two stars because I ordered these as gifts, but when I saw them, especially the ring which is not a hard ring like mine, but just a little blowup ring; it was a bit embarrassing, and I got them an additional gift. Also, I had purchased this for them to help with their back problems at their desks. Mine serves me well for physical conditions. But my large ball is bigger, which makes it taller and Iâm able to use it sitting at my desk with my hard plastic ring. They cannot use their balls for this. Theyâre too short because theyâre smaller. Just not what I expected with all the hype in the write upFor just ordinary exercising, I guess theyâll be OK. Weâll see how long they last especially that ring.. so because of that I changed my rating to a three instead of two stars

Plus size lady using this ball
Like I said I’m plus size so j was very hesitant to order a exercise ball. Worried it would break the first time I used it. As you can see it holds me up quite well. I have used not for only my exercises, but also to watch TV and reset my pill box. I love the stability ring and the exercises band it came with. I have also incorporated my other exercise bands into use with it. This was a good price. I went over the item with my physical therapist when I purchased it to make sure that I was ordering a good one and they looked at it they said I was ordering a very good ball and they also taught me how to use it correctly so that I would not hurt myself at home. since receiving it I have injuried myself at work so some of the stretchy bands I can’t use but I can’t wait until I can go back to you using them again. I think this is a good way to start on a weight loss journey.

I recommend this fun, relaxing desk chair
I ordered this Trideer Ball Chair to use as a desk chair. I love it because I feel physically active when I’m sitting at my desk and believe it is slowly strengthening my “core.” I did not buy it to relieve pain so left that blank. The stabilizing donut really works to hold the ball in place when I am sitting on it and keeps ball in place when I get up from my desk. It is easy to inflate with your feet or with your hands. I use my hands believing it strengthens them. Over a few weeks it looses a little air and I have no problem removing stopper with tool provided and inflating to full capacity. I like that the air nuzzles designed for ball and donut are attached to air hose so don’t have to worry about losing them. I haven’t used the exercise straps yet.
