I love this air fryer, toaster oven in every way, but did have a slight electrical problem with it recently. I contacted customer service and received a brand new oven in less than a week. This was by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. It started with a real person answering the phone who took all my information. It was followed up with an email giving me three ways to solve it: Replace it, upgrade it or get my money back. I chose a replacement and it came very quickly. Wow!
Super happy with this air fryer combo! My first one arrived without the air fryer basket. Amazon helped me with returning the entire unit and another one was sent to me!!!. The controls take a little bit to get used to, but once you have it down, it's easy peasy! It is the quietest appliance I have. Footprint is not too big on my counter and it looks great. Make sure to read the instruction booklet. It was shutting off after it preheats, and I figured out that you need to push the start button again to continue the cooking process. I have used it to bake pies, casseroles, pizza, cobblers, toast, air fry foods,etc. Have hardly turned my oven on this summer.

I haven’t had any issues with the knobs being too hot as some mentioned- maybe if I bake on super high temp for a really long time, but I would probably use my regular oven for that. I did bake bread at 450 for 30 minutes and had no issues with hot knobs. The light illuminates the interior very well, the trays stay in place and slide easily. I really have no criticisms yet. The first oven I ordered was dented and had to be returned but that’s not really a product quality issue. Amazon replaced immediately.

Pros: – cooks fast and really well – fits perfectly on the countertop with standard kitchen cabinets – is spacious – has all the accessories needed and are extremely useful – uses little energy – cooks multiple foods at the same time – not loud (it's not super quiet either but def less noisy than a standard microwave) Cons: – takes a forever for toasting bread so be patient – mine releases condensation at the front upper corners of the door – vanity colors are not cost justified – steep cost for the quality (see above why) Overall: I'm keeping it despite the issues because it does what it claims and reduced my cooking time in half. I still recommend this unit but wouldn't recommend to pay so much more just for a limited edition color. Looks sturdy, looks durable, it's going to cook a lot of yummy dishes so we will get our money's worth for sure.

It has 10 and one I’ve tried air fryer, baking, and other functions in it. Love this oven. Also, the customer service was very helpful as well. He will recommend this. !

Apparently this model has "unknown issues" that they're trying to figure out. It worked great for the first 2 months but now it's dead, maybe the power supply or some circuit board overheated but either way I'm having issues with simply replacing it as "we don't ship to Canada" despite allowing me to register with their 2 year warranty. Amazon won't take it back as it's past their return window.
I'm hoping support will get back to us, as we're stuck with a defective product and down a few hundred dollars.
Edit, we got our money back to buy a new one but it's no longer on sale so I'd need to spend over $120 extra to get the same model… I guess I'll just go with a different brand.

Apparently this model has “unknown issues” that they’re trying to figure out. It worked great for the first 2 months but now it’s dead, maybe the power supply or some circuit board overheated but either way I’m having issues with simply replacing it as “we don’t ship to Canada” despite allowing me to register with their 2 year warranty. Amazon won’t take it back as it’s past their return window.I’m hoping support will get back to us, as we’re stuck with a defective product and down a few hundred dollars.Edit, we got our money back to buy a new one but it’s no longer on sale so I’d need to spend over $120 extra to get the same model… I guess I’ll just go with a different brand.
