Great for Active VR Games
The NVNV fan is highly engineered and keeps my headset from fogging up and it helps keep me cool. One of the issues with Quest 3 is that it can get hot. Pait that with an active game and it makes for a fogged up lenses. Nice quality fan setup and a MUST HAVE if you get fogged up lenses. The way this fan is engineered it keeps air flowing through the face area so that humidity does not build up. There are fans in the front that pull in fresh air and there is a vent on the side that air flows out of. The fans have 3 settings. I don't find any of them to be particularly loud and I use the middle setting for longer battery life with good air flow. It would be great if there was a way to use the quest battery and battery pack to keep the fan charged while being used. I do like that it is rechargeable. The fans were easy to install simply replaces the face part of the quest. It snaps in taking only seconds to install. The actual face pad is decent quality. I wish it were a made from a fake leather instead of the fabric type material they used. I put a silicon cover over mine since I use this when doing workout games and sweating. There is some additional light bleed. I used electrical tape in a few areas to block all light. This worked well.

It's actually kind of good. But the battery sucks my Q3 literally lasted like 30 minutes longer than the faceplate. How is that possible?? 🤔😆 You only get like 90mins of playtime on the Q3. I mean other than it's main selling feature kind of sucking it's actually very comfortable feels great on my face light leaks are covered like 99% nose piece is a little odd feels off but it works so I don't care that much about that. But The fact it doesn't work with the Halo strap which I knew going in and that the battery only lasts like 30 minutes just don't waste your time. Buy the bobovr s3 it's actually better having the fan up higher blowing on your forehead area instead of your eyes which takes some getting use to (but you do)

Actual facial interface is pretty uncomfortable. It’s to soft and not aligned correctly. Also pretty heavy (a battery head strap definitely helps balance it out)

Fans work really well, even if they are a bit loud. With earbuds not really noticeable though. Whatever you call the mechanism that sets the distance to your face is probably the worst part. Doesn’t stay locked and will randomly put the lens against my eye.

A design suggestion would be to make the frame black. The white is distracting.

Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product( What’s this? )

I wish I could give this 6 stars. I really do. This changed my sim racing forever and I cannot ever go back to the sweaty swap that is VR gaming without this.

I could only play simracing in my full cockpit in VR for an hour max before my eyeballs and the area directly around them were basically dryer than a desert and becoming inflamed.

Putting these on is like chewing a piece of speariment gum, but with your eyes. Its so amazingly cool and refreshing I CANNOT understate how truly amazing this is.

Battery life is great, recharges with USB C and has 3 power settings. I leave it on the third power setting because it genuinely feels so amazing.

The only con is that the unit is loud, you can clearly heard them going BRRRRR when playing a game but its a very easy thing to deal with compared to the hell that is inflamed and dry eyes from the heat of the VR headset.

    6/5 would ABSOLUTELY recommend these

The media could not be loaded.

The good: the fan blows nicely and doesn't dry the eyes like another model. The interface itself is a decent design

The bad: the nosepad comes off too easily, the facial foam adsorbs sweat and will be wet after use, and the adjuster fails so the interface doesnt stay extended for glasses.
