Where has this been my whole life?
I wish Iâd bought this years ago. I have struggled with back and neck pain since a car accident in 2006. Iâve tried tons of gadgets, most ended up collecting dust in my closet because they just didnât work. I have found acupuncture to be effective, but itâs expensive and difficult to find the time in my schedule. I bought this after eying a much more expensive version for months. I figured, at this price, what do I have to lose? I was apprehensive about using it the first time because those little spikes are sharp! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really didnât âhurtâ, it mostly felt like a sort of prickly heat at first, and then after a few minutes I just felt warm and relaxed. The best part is that, after just one use, a painful knot in my shoulder that I had medicated for a week was almost completely gone. I have used the neck pillow independently a few times, positioning it to hit spots where Iâm having pain, and within hours of use, the pain is gone or significantly subsided. Unlike many other things Iâve purchased, I actually look forward to using this because the endophin-fueled relaxation is awesome. About the product itself- the construction and materials are fairly cheap. I could see how the cotton might stretch over time or the styrofoam inside the mat might break down. For the latter issue, thereâs a velcro opening at the bottom where the mat could be removed and replaced. I do like the inclusion of a carrying bag, as I will definitely be taking this with me when I travel. Overall, for the price, I think the quality is as expected, and, frankly, I really donât care because the product is so effective. I highly recommend it.

Iâve had this mat for 3 years – since August 2022. I used to use it intermittently, but now I have been using it 5-6 times a week for the last 2 months for 20-30 minutes each time. Itâs held up wonderfully over the last 3 years, thereâs no issues with the spikes, and it helps my back pain and tightness. Highly recommend.

Effectiveness
I love this! Great buy and it is the only item I have found that works on my sciatica. No crippling pain since I started using the acupressure mat more than a year ago. It is a little hard to get used to but once you get use to it, you will never be without it. It does work but you will have to upgrade once it gets soft.

Firm, extra long and a great replacement.
I finally replaced the set I got in 2014. This set was a great deal and so far has greatly helped my muscles relax. I also like the extra long size so my leg muscles can be part of the total relaxation.

This is a superior product, it is firm and full body length. It relaxes my back, hip up to my feet, relieves pain and gives me a good night sleep. I use it on hardwood floor up to around half an hour with my clothes on. I have the pillow on my neck, and also able to bend my knee and put my feet on the spike.I am happy with the product and highly recommend anyone who has insomnia, body ache and pain to try it.
