Flavor is unmatched
This is by far the best BCAA I have ever used. Not only is the flavor amazing but the quality quantity and variety of BCAAs is incomparable. This is my go to Amino Acid supplement. I can definitely see the difference in recovery time when using this product.

Tasty workout hydration
Xtend powders are great blend of electrolytes and BCAAs, ideal to stay hydrated during your workout. I’ve read studies that the added BCAAs will help reduce recovery time. To me, the blue raspberry flavor is too sweet – this strawberry kiwi is just right. This is good stuff.

Great Taste!, but Red 40?
The taste of the Strawberry Kiwi is good especially cold and It is not caulky or too sweet tasting. I’m training for my first NPC figure competition so BCAA’s are suggested by my trainer. I definitely notice I’m not as sore after working out and my energy levels are up enough to press through my weight training session. The only thing is it has red 40 which studies has shown that red 40 causes DNA damage, contributes to gut inflammation and cause hyperactivity in children.This product’s price is budget friendly which make it suitable for repurchase. If you’re not planning to drink this for a long period of time. It’s a good product to purchase.

Disappointed â Tasted Off Compared to My First Purchase
Iâm really bummed about this order. I first bought the XTEND Sport BCAA Powder from another store and absolutely loved the Strawberry Kiwi Splash flavor. But when I ordered it from Amazon, it tasted completely different â almost rancid. Iâm not sure if I got a bad batch, but it was so disappointing compared to my first experience. I wonât be buying it from Amazon again.
