Excellent bike!
This bike is wonderful. I had gained almost 20 pounds in the past several years after living a very sedentary lifestyle and was determined to get back to my “old self”..this bike is doing it. First, it was a breeze to set up (did it myself) and looks amazing. While riding, it’s super quiet (i rode it in my living room while others were watching tv…didn’t make a sound) and the computer screen that reads your heart rate, time exercising, mileage, etc. works beautifully. I’ve only gotten on it twice so far but am looking forward to keeping my goal of riding 3x a week. I can’t wait to get back on. Buy it. You will not regret it.btw…use the coupon that gives you $30 bucks off. I get a wellness benefit from my job so it only cost me around $70. Well worth the price (even at $170).

Good, Quiet Bike with Recumbent Option
I am not normally into exercise machines, and have more than one I do not use to prove it. But over the last couple of years I have lost ground in muscle tone in my legs, and given my age (62), I knew I needed to do something to improve it, especially since I am also a volunteer firefighter. The appeal of the bike was that it is less impactful on joints and something that you can work up to in terms of resistance. The recumbent option fulfills that well, relieving the back while you work on your legs.I was not excited about having to assemble it, but I can say that the instructions were good and if you take your time and follow them accurately, it’s not that bad. They also provide tools, which is helpful, but one recommendation I would give is to use a ratchet set, especially for the handle bars used for the recumbent option. The tools work, but there are better options if you have them. Taking my time I don’t think the whole affair took more than a couple of hours, although I am sure others could do it in far less. I just didn’t want to mess up.I finally used it this morning for my first 30 minute workout, taking advantage of the little shelf where you can place your IPad. Nice option. Listened to a podcast and the time when by faster. The seat back is also a nice addition. I seem to remember in reading reviews that some complained about this, but personally I found it quite comfortable. Maybe it’s a matter of body types. The exercise bands are an easy way to incorporate some upper body exercise. I am sufficiently out of shape from the Covid lock-down period that this was perfect for working myself back without becoming discouraged at the beginning. Again, this is the first use, but so far, so good.Price was right (around $200). Takes a while to get it (I don’t think it comes with the benefit of Prime, which I have). But overall I’m pleased. But,again, take your time assembling it and use a ratchet set. For toned athletes that are used to aggressive workouts, this may not be your bike. I think it’s geared more for people like me, so keep that in mind. If I was a regular biker who put on many miles, I’d probably upgrade to one of the larger models.

Assembly
Received the bike on time and assembled last night. The instructions are pretty good with illustrations you can actually see. I did this mostly by myself, but there were two time I needed an extra hand. The first part to attach is the front base, and attempting to hold the frame was impossible by myself. Once I had that one on, I could lean the frame across my lap and attach the rear base. The next time help was required was attaching the rear handlebars to the seat assembly. There is no way to hold this by yourself. Overall the assembly was not bad. I recommend you have a 13mm socket wrench, both deep and a shallow one will be very handy. I also used a screw driver with the right size hex bit. These two tools made the job easy. The unit does come with tools if you do not have them. Lastly, I am going to replace the pedals. I’m a big guy with big feet and I like a wider pedal. The pedals included are adequate for most folks, but big feet people like myself will have a better experience with larger pedals. I did the same for a Schwinn bicycle as well. I could not fold it up after it was built. I’m not sure why. And the wheels on the rear base don’t roll very well. I’m happy with the bike overall.Update: My larger pedals arrived and I put them on. I like the bike quite well. For the price, it can’t be beat. The exercise bands are really good with good resistance even at the lowest setting. I’m happy with the purchase.

Great bike for the price especially
Pros: Great price, arrived quickly, sturdy and attractive, but lightweight enough to move, thick and comfy seat, silent when pedalling, option to lean forward or sit back, console can keep track of time, distance, calories and heart rate, also has resistance bands for arms that can be used while pedaling which is a plus.Cons: The seat back moves forward but doesn’t stay in place- maybe I haven’t figured it out, so it makes sitting in a kind of middle position tough, but putting a pillow behind my back helps. The wheels are just one base bar- after a while I discovered the wheels help slide up the front of the bike to fold, but they change position and aren’t useful in rolling the bike around as I expected, but it’s still lightweight enought to move locations with a little strength and manuevering.Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend. Needed another way to get exercise at home due to bad hip which makes walking on the treadmill tough sometimes, and this really helps have a healthier lifestyle. I put it together by myself while watching a Christmas movie – the instructions were just fine. The seat is comfortable, and I can lean forward or sit back with my hands on the back bars. It was slightly squeaky until I later tightened all the bolts and it’s totally silent now. It doesn’t take up much space in my living room so it’s easy to hop on and off when I have a few minutes during the work day, or longer at night while looking at my phone, which rests perfectly on the console, or while watching a movie on my television. But can be moved around as needed. Would purchase again and would recommend.
