Flavor tastes like chemicals
Some of the powder in the jar is clumpy. The taste is close to a tropical solvent/cleaner/Windex…I understand why it was on sale…I have purchased the Alani Hawaiian Shave ice flavor before and it’s delicious. Highly recommend that flavor.

    Alani Nu's Island Crush pre-workout is a decent choice for those seeking a tropical escape during their workouts. The flavor is definitely enjoyable, and the energy boost it provides is noticeable. I liked that it gave me a sustained energy level throughout my session without any jitters or crash.

    Not sure how effective it is on my workouts. Definitely doesn't give u any jitter or make my ears warm like the other Alani flavors in the smaller container which I had to almost cut in half on the servings as it was too strong

    I love this pre workout so much, all flavours I got so far were delicious and fresh. I just ordered a new one with a new flavour and can't wait to try it.
    My bf and I each of us take half a scoop every morning and it gives us the enough energy for a great workout.
    I haven't tried taking a full scoop yet bcuz I'm afraid of the high caffein intake that may cause jitters and anxiety.
    I highly recommend 👌🏻
