Good Product and Good Value
Say what you will about the Atkins diet, (I got good results), and about some of the Atkins nutritional products, (meals and bars are sort of iffy), we have found over the years that these shakes are the best all around nutrition shakes for us. Super low carb and high protein. Nice mix of vitamins and minerals. We prefer the Dark Chocolate Royale, but the Milk Chocolate is an O.K. substitute. (For what it’s worth the Vanilla with a shot of Jack Daniels is a pretty nice late afternoon low-carb substitute for a Bailey’s Irish Cream pick-me-up.)I order 6 eight-packs at once and some nice young guy drops them at my door. Costs no more than at the supermarket and way less than at some places.IMPORTANT! Sometimes when you order stuff like this you get product that is out of date or nearly so. I got these today and they have a “best by” date of August 30, 2018, which is ten months from now and better than the date on my latest store bought shakes. So, staleness is not a problem.All in all this was a successful purchase/delivery experiment and is my new go-to.

Best tasting chocolate protein drink on the planet – no question about it!
I’ve tried half a dozen different chocolate protein drinks since I started my Keto diet, and hands-down, this is the best of them all. If you want a truly rich and chocolate flavor without any weird chemical aftertaste or anything like that, this is the one to get. They taste a LOT like a thick homemade chocolate milk drink made with Hershey’s syrup, but, hardly any carbs and the calories aren’t bad. They’ll fill you up too. Drink one of these and you’re pretty well full for a couple of hours. I also like the Mocha Latte flavor, but, you’ve gotta’ like coffee for that, and the Vanilla is fantastic as well. Not a big fan of the Caramel Latte – tasted kind of weird. But, if you want guilt-free chocolate, this is the way to go! Just wish they were cheaper!

Very dark chocolate…!
At first I thought I was allergic to this, and almost returned it. I drank it just as a shake but had problems swallowing it. I read other reviews, and saw some people just added it to coffee as a creamer instead of milk. Once I did that I could tolerate it better, but I only use half at a time. I ordered the regular chocolate, and that seemed milder. So whatever the difference is, this one was too intense of a chocolate I guess… I need to add more protein, and less carbs to my diet so I will try other flavors. It is a good brand and decent price…

my favorite protein drink ever
this drink is so good I don’t want to drink any other protein drink other than this one. The dark chocolate is the best. I mix it with coffee ..with almond milk and berries.. with half a banana.. its just the best. all by itself its like a decedent chocolate shake. I mix half a container with other things just to make it last longer and have more to drink but one container is plenty by itself as well. For me there is no after taste or weird taste at all.. so good. I sometimes buy the milk chocolate and coffee latte too but this dark choc is my favorite. I want to try the other flavors they make. I might try vanilla to see how that taste to mix my berries into. love that its VERY low sugar. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE TASTE with any other product and I have tried them all including powders.

My favorite way to start the day!
My preferred Atkins flavor is Mocha Cafe with coffee. It has a bit of caffiene and a lot of flavor to hide any of the chalky feel or taste of other high protein drinks. It is pleasantly sweet, not cloying, and gives me all the fullness and energy I need to get through the morning until I have a light lunch at midday.I have tried the Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale flavor and found it too rich for the start of the day. It seems good for a filling dessert without the calories but plenty of protein.Since drinking the Atkins Shakes each morning I have lost a few pounds without trying… another benefit.

They are very filling for me
This is my absolute favorite flavor of Atkins shake, it is my breakfast each morning with a boiled egg, and it really does fill me up. I recently discovered that I could bake with it, when I made a LOW CARB CHOCOLATE TORTE, I used the shake as the milk portion in the recipe and it turned out so moist and tasty. I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT I WILL IMPLIMENT IT INTO SOME OF MY OTHER LOW CARB RECIPES. I HAVE BEEN DRINKING THEM RELIGIOUSLY SINCE FEBRUARY OF LAST YEAR. I am down so much that I was able to get off insulin, and for me that’s incredible. I will not go without my Atkins Shakes. I usually order 3 or 4- 8 packs at a time from Amazon and keep them cold in the fridge. I try never to run out. These shakes are a main stay in my daily routine. They have helped me so much to stay on track while loosing weight.

Iâve purchased these shakes in the US before and they taste great. However, just had some delivered to me in Australia. They taste off and are not drinkable. Perhaps they donât travel well! I wouldnât recommend getting these shipped to Aus.

This product is foul tasting and we canât even get our money back from Amazon. We canât work out if itâs off or if itâs just the taste. We canât get through a mouthful of it.

Abit too sweet for my liking. Drink is thick in consistency, guess that is how it suppose to fill you. Keep me full for only 3 hours. Good for breakfast when you do not have alot of time to prepare. Have not tried long enough to see any result.
