This scale is great! I was looking for a way to track my progress at the gym in areas other than just weight loss. What I like is that it is vry easy and simple to set up and take a measurement. The corresponding application gives a lot of information that I can look up to track certain aspects of my fitness journey, such as weight, BMI, body fat, lean body mass, muscle mass, water, subcutaneous fat, and others.The only pain in the butt is that I need to have the application open on my phone in order to get it to sync after I weigh myself.

Remember the metrics are for measuring “change” as opposed to actual data. I don’t think these are as accurate as high-end medical ones, but they’re great for tracking your change over time.

Me encanta que pueda sincronizarse con tu celular, mi novio y yo la usamos y cada quien tiene su cuenta en su celular para poder tener el historial por separado. Es súper practica, ligera, buen material y no me ha presentado ninguna falla. Se apaga automáticamente y como no está estorbosa la puedes guardar hasta debajo de la cama.
