Perfect! Has All I Need 🙂
Absolutely LOVE IT! I have been using this for a minute now and it is just perfect. It touches on all aspects that I need…gratitude, awareness, meditation and a page for a “free flow” writing that can be affirmations, letting go…or however I feel that morning…It gives me freedom and it does not box me in. I like that one page that is enough and if i want to write more, I just write two lines in one row.

Nice Journal
This Mindfulness journal is perfect for daily writing. It has spaces for accountability and a page for writing. It is not too big so I find making time to do it possible. I use it everyday. It allows me to stay connected to what is going on in myself. Very helpful.

I have journaled a lot. I just bought this one again. The wording to encourage your journaling, thoughts, are so well done. I have a lot of anxiety and the author for this journal really offers insightful way of encouragement. I am particular, so I am very grateful to.have found this book. I purchased 10 of these for a meditation event I was having & was sooooo pleasantly surprised. Every single guest loved them, they were a huge hit. They are easy to fill out & I love that it offers free space as well as guided questions. I highly recommend these mindfulness journals!

Item arrived damaged
This item arrived pretty badly damaged and I attempted to return it at a local drop off point, but they said that their site was not showing up on my app and so they couldnât take it back. So then I tried returning it through Amazon and was able to get a refund without actually returning the product. I still wonât use it not only because itâs damaged but because it turned out not to be as good as I thought it was going to be. Pages were repetitious, and they really wasnât enough area for insight into mindfulness.

the journal is nice and allows you to reflect on your daily life to improve it, however the pages are the same so does not give you a chance to be expressive nor think differently everyday.

I didnât know I needed this because I already journal, but the prompts really do make you focus on being mindful.Present. And it feels just like a gift!I often forget what day it is, I certainly didnât note everything or much of anything to do with my senses – smells sights sounds etc – this journal makes me stop and register where I am and to name my feelings as they happen.It helps me track how meditation is working and what way works best for me. The prompts, special pages, and the short journaling space just to note what you feel NOW is just the right so as not to feel like substitute for my regular journal, but to use specifically as supplement to my mindfulness practice. I can navel-gaze in my diary to my hearts content and stay focused on the here and now in this – itâs working I just ordered my second volume.
