Sturdy material
The Only U yoga ball came with a hand pump, several plugs and a plug remover. The ball took approximately five minutes to pump up and was a little bit of a shoulder workout. I ordered this ball because I noticed my posture was suffering a little and it was causing some back problems. I felt my core was getting weaker over time and needed some help. I am using this ball at my desk at home where I usually work a couple hours a day. The ball forces me to use my core for balance and also to sit up straight. I like the fact if the ball should puncture it should deflate slowly. I don’t know if this is also true if it blows out while using. I feel safe while sitting on it and doing minor bouncing and balancing. I haven’t used it for a more rigorous workout.

    Pump sucked so I used an air compressor to fill out or I would have been there all day pumping . It’s cheap plastic pump and breaks easy . Be careful

    A bit hard to inflate but seems good

    This takes time to inflate with the pump and I kept accidentally letting it go and losing air. Not super convenient. Once inflated I used the included spike to seal it, and it seems to work well. The quality seems comparable to what I was using at physical therapy, so hopefully I'll be able to continue those exercises at home. Decent size for many uses.

    I had to replace my first yoga ball which was a very good product but i paid over $30. This yoga ball is far superior then my old one and cost less. I've been using this yoga ball for a few weeks now and I'm so impressed! The non-slip texture is perfect for preventing accidents, its sturdy and the anti-burst design gives me peace of mind.
    If you're looking for a quality,versatile and affordable piece of workout equipment, I highly recommend this yoga ball. It's a great addition to any home gym!

    The OnlyU fitness ball came with a hand pump and extra plugs. It was easy to fill with air. This ball has been durable and easy to grip. It's functional, the size has been good for use in several of my exercises. This ball is a nice addition to my exercise routines.
