Actually Pretty Good Resistance bands for the Money
These suprised me for the price. They are actually quite useable and the thicker ones do provide a significant amount of resistance.

Great Resistance Bands!!
For the money these are a great buy! They are high quality rubber and do not turn excessively in your hands while exercising. I use them when I travel and will continue to do so. For longer trips they are great to use to stop muscle atrophy from deviation from your normal training program and maintain strength. I would highly recommend.

Basic Bands Good ð
Nothing special basic bands good price why not 5 stars they smell a bit. Not that typical rubber smell but like a chemical smell. It does go away after awhile but ive purchased other bands with no smell before.

I had given these five stars before the break. Less than a month the red band which is the one I used the most busted in half while I was using the band. I tied it in a knot and kept going. I still use all the bands and will not go through the trouble of returning them and if needed I will still purchase the bands. âï¸âï¸âï¸

Great workout
These stretch workout bads are great for wanting to get into shape, but not wanting heavy weights to carry around or lay around the house. These bands come with a carry bag to keep them neatly tucked away for cleanup. There is also an illustrated instruction manual for exercises and you can as well find many other exercises on line in your search engine.

Not consistent product
I bought 2 boxes, wanting to have 2 sets of bands that allowed me to do exercises. I was thinking buying 2 would allow me to have 2 bands of the same resistance. NOT true. Even when made by the same company, the bands are not if equal resistance!

These arrived promptly and I have only used the 2 lower strength bands so far. They are easy to use and nice and narrow but strong. I have had some in the past that were wide and wore out easily. Hopefully I can graduate to the other 2 strong bands. Great for travel too!
