I absolutely love this stepper. I use it every single day, and it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made for my health. It’s super easy to use, doesn’t take up a ton of space, and I love having the handlebar for extra balance and support—it just makes the whole workout feel more comfortable and stable.
What really surprised me is how effective it is. Even short sessions get my heart rate up, and I can feel it working my legs and core. It’s been a great way to stay consistent with exercise at home without needing a big, complicated setup.
Shipping was also really fast, which I always appreciate. It arrived quickly and was easy to get set up right away.
I would absolutely recommend this to everyone I know. If you’re looking for something simple, effective, and easy to stick with, this stepper is 100% worth it!

Just recieved today, so this is a review for how it came, setting up, and trying it out for the first time. I'll update this review as time goes on if I need to.
Everything came packaged really well and I was able to put it together myself in less time than I expected. The instructions were clear and easy, and they included the tools needed as well. Everything was labeled in the tool package and that was very helpful! The size is great for me, storying out of the way won't be to difficult, despite it not folding smaller. It seems like its made sturdy. The computer device works well and its made to hold phones well, though my case is a little to fat to stay correctly without me maneuvering it a few times. The app is nice, I like all the free workout videos, though haven't explored many of them yet. To be honest though I plan to mostly use this while enjoying a TV show. Its quiet, doesn't make any noise. I'm only 5'2, but the step hight is great. I went with pink, but there are other color options. The handle bar hight is adjustable which is awesome, because I'm short but my teenager and boyfriend are tall and I'm sure they may use this at some point too. Overall very satisfied with my purchase!

Easy to set electronic monitor. I use it 1-2× per day while watching TV. It's comfotable to use, works well, the handle bars allow for easy positioning & safety & it is well built. My wife wishes it would lift higher & wish you could adjust the amount of tension. I do half of my reps with my toes 2/3 to the back & half all the way to the front to work different muscles. It's better than others I have used.

I am doing physical therapy for my knees and this is working wonders by helping me strengthen my knees. I love that I can adjust the tension and it doesn’t make my knees hurt. Also its size is perfect! Barely takes up any space and I can move it from room to room easily. Probably about as heavy as a regular vacuum cleaner.

This stepper scored a little higher because of the handle option for my older clients that I refer to for a little extra movement daily when they may be just sitting around too much. It also can be adjusted for handle bar height too.
I would give it a positive rating because it has a better range of motion when in use allowing a full movement which is better for the hips and knees. Some of these online steppers are too short and tight in movement which in my opinion is not good for the hip and knee joints.
The three star is due to that fact that it is a little wobbly and needs to be put together well and tightened. Keep in mind that you may need to keep the tightening tool that comes with it near by because as it is used a few times it needs to be tightened again and this will remedy that. Unfortunately, the one sent to me is also crooked and uneven at the base so that may be why it may be wobbly. I moved it to different locations to make sure it was not the floor and it was the same.
I would not refer this to a more fit person like myself I do not feel it will be challenging enough. But it will keep you moving if you are otherwise going to be sitting on the couch! Any movement is healthier than not 🙂

Un equipo que debería ser perfecto para su ensamble, se torna frustrante y consume muchas horas de tiempo el armarlo, para que casi al final no coincidan los orificios del tubo donde van unos tornillos. No lo devuelvo porque resulta casi imposible de desarmar y acomodar en las cajitas, mi recomendación es busquen otra opción.
