Highly recommend! Must have for weight control
Must have if you are trying to watch your diets. I had no idea I had been so over-eating until I started logging my meals utilizing this scale. After visualizing how much each portion of food actually weight is a game changer for me to change eating pattern. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to use. The only inconvenience con is since its so small, I cannot really use my 211 plate to measure but use a bowl to weight my food first then transfer to my plate. I dont mind the extra effort since I like this scale so much.
